The intrinsic scent of citrus, sweet and yet dry makes this liqueur extremely versatile for any time of day.
Sweet with a citrus taste.
Acqua di Cedro is sweet grappa-based liqueur made with Cedro lemons - and something of a revelation. This drink is similar to limoncello, but crystalline in appearance rather than cloudy and altogether more sophisticated, thanks in part to its uniquely dry after taste. This is due to the Cedro, which while being much larger (and uglier) than normal lemons, has an especially tart juice. The liqueur is excellent freezer-chilled and served ice-cold with a twist.
|The 2001 Stone Cellars Pinot Grigio is a perfect poolside wine - light, refreshing, crisp. It has great fruitiness that is finely balanced by hints of mineral and lemon. A summer sipper that I would enjoy with anything relating to sunshine and good times.

|Perfect served chilled, ideal as an ingredient in cocktails, long drinks, over ice cream or fresh fruit, and as a sorbet.
