One of the best new Rose I have had so far this year. Excellent fruit, dryness and balance.
In Provence, Bernard Magrez owns the Château des Muraires estate, located in the small town of Le Luc. The vineyard spreads over 15 hectares (37 acres) in the foothills of the famous Massif des Maures, also known as the “black mountain.” The area is known for the dark color of its rock and the density of its forests. The grape varieties planted are Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, and Grenache, which produce excellent, true-to-type rosés.
