This Posip wine (Posip is the name of the grape) comes from the heavenly Dalmatian island of Korcula. A lovely deep lemon hue leads to citrus aromas on the nose, along with sweet pear and a hint of vanilla. This wine will pair well with chicken, vegetables and pasta in white wine sauce.
