Ultimate Beverage Challenge 89 points - Dense, almost impossibly concentrated blackberry and huckleberry form the core of this round, stately cabernet. Deep cherry and plum, fine cedar box aroma, dark color, touch of cinnamon on a very long finish.
|Wine maker notes
|We always strive to make balanced, sophisticated, yet approachable Bordeaux style blends with both our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot offerings.
By blending a trilogy of grapes from where they grow best, referred to as ”Trois Cepages,” acknowledges my dedication to winemaking. These wines reflect the unique terroir of the Napa Valley and are traditionally blended together with Cabernet Franc and, at times, Petit Verdot.

It was, as Mr. Carr says, a chance to follow a dream. “We’re a family owned company dedicated to making world class, handcrafted wines. We work with small growers, coopers and winemakers producing elegant, sophisticated, yet approachable wines from Napa Valley, Carneros, and the North Coast of California.”
