Crafted primarily from grapes grownin California’s cool-climate Central Coast American Viticultural Area (AVA), is a rich, complex expression of this variety. It melds the ripe tropical fruit notes characteristic of Central Coast Chardonnay with the toasty, creamy, buttery characters that derive from partial barrel and malolactic fermentation and sur lie aging. Ripe pear, apple and peach mingle with buttercream, vanilla, honey and baked bread in the warm, inviting nose, while soft, toasty, creamy flavors dominate the palate.
