THE FIRST FAIR TRADE COFFEE LIQUEUR
Our Coffee beans are harvested throught the cooperative of Huatusco that groups nearly 2,000 small independent producers. The cooperative of Huatusco, bordering Chiapas, was created in 1992 after the Mexican government commited to lift indigen communities out of extreme poverty. And deep in the heart of the Lower Shire valley in Malawi, our Fairtrade cane sugar is grown and harversted in Kasinthula through a cooperative of 300 independent farmers.
After a selection of the best quality beans, the farmers leave their crops into the hands of our experienced craftmen in Cognac, France. A slow roasting process leads to the extraction of a fine natural caramel. Then, during a double filtration process, the master liquorist demonstrates all his skills to enhance the nature, flavor and authenticity of the original bean.
FAIR. Café delivers a true taste of freshly roasted coffee, full of body and rich flavors of almonds and hazelnuts.
