Meet Our Founder
Jim Lindner, Jim Lindner, founder of Restoration Spirits, Inc, is first and foremost a passionate inventor with a restless spirit. He has pioneered work in other fields including computer animation, starting the first desktop publishing company, inventing the technology for the preservation of video first as a service, and later as a robotic system. Jim has received many awards for his achievements including the Emmy award in 2012 for the patented SAMMA process (System for Automated Migration of Media Assets). Jim’s pioneering work is currently used to preserve our culture’s video history in over 50 organizations worldwide. Time Magazine recently named him a “Game Changer” for his work in video archiving, preserving the cultural heritage of the media age.
Jim takes great pleasure in inventing new and better products. He saw that no company had invested the time and effort to design a spirit specifically suited to the unique needs of cuisine. He started with a fresh idea and no preconceived notions and worked with a panel of chefs and food chemists to develop a superb product designed to be fantastic for food. Like Jim’s other work, Rave Review! Original Culinary Spirits were developed with a passion for quality and innovation.
