 Delivery:
Garnet makes deliveries with its own trucks in the New York Metropolitan area without charge for orders that meet various pre-tax minimum purchase amounts. The minimums and the delivery charges that apply for orders under them are specified in the chart below. Deliveries are provided as a courtesy to our customers and are not guaranteed to occur on any specific day or at any specific time of day. While orders placed by 5:00 PM are normally scheduled for and delivered on the next applicable delivery day, during high volume periods around major holidays and sales, deliveries may be delayed due to truck capacity limits. Accordingly, we recommend time-sensitive purchases be placed at least one or two days early. Shipping:
For a fee, Garnet will ship orders that fall outside the above described delivery areas. The destination must be legal to ship to and the order must be received and signed for by a person of age 21 or greater. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on refused or returned orders. Shipped orders are insured against breakage but not against temperature damage. Accordingly, Garnet recommends that wines not be shipped during periods of extreme heat or cold. Upon request we will hold wine orders in our temperature controlled cellar for customers who wish to delay shipment until appropriate weather prevails. Many states restrict the shipment of wine. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We cannot ship to the following states: - Alabama

Typographical Errors Once in a while, despite our best efforts, inaccuracies can occur on our site. While we are sympathetic, we can't honor prices which inacccurately make their way onto our site.
